Getting Used To MAC

So for the past couple of weeks I have had the pleasure of working at the local MAC stores in my area.  I have definitely enjoyed the experience and still look forward to each day that I am able to go there to work.  It is still taking some getting used to though.  Although we did have some training and went through the products MAC offers, we did not get an overall product explanation. In my down time, when there is any, I try to ask the artists that are working any info they can give me.  I love the company and I love the customers that just want to get a little help perfecting a look.  I know, though, that I need to practice more and to also work harder on studying the products.  I am open to whatever things I need to learn to make a difference to all the customers that are coming in looking for expert advice.  It gets overwhelming sometimes, especially when a new collection comes out and because we are just freelance artists, we don't get the training on the new products.  I try to keep updated from YouTube and MAC bloggers before I get to work when a collection is released. There is just so many new products that MAC releases along with their famous products that serve so many different functions.  It will definitely take me awhile to learn everything, but because of this wonderful opportunity, I will take my time to learn all that I need to to make a difference for the company.
